Farewell for now Eastie!

Hi Eastie Scholars and Families,

I had so much fun attending reunion with Jakara, Ronaldo, Ke'Andre, Pam, Alex, and Denise last week!  We enjoyed ourselves so much and got to reconnect with previous and current members of the SEAD family.  The goodbyes were heartwarming, hope you see each other again this coming summer before you all head off to college!

My ten weeks here have gone by so quickly, I really can't believe that by Thursday my stay with you will be over.

I'm extremely thankful for the time I've had with you, and will remember the special times each one of you came to visit me in the College Access office to brighten my day.

I hope I was able to do the same for you!

Come by to see me by or before Thursday so we can say our proper goodbyes!

Farewell Eastie Scholars!

Go Celtics!

Hi SEAD family, friends, and scholars!

The Eastie students have been working so hard this October, compiling recommendations and starting essays for their selected colleges, not to mention working hard to prep for the SAT this coming weekend, Saturday, November 7th!

In the meantime, I've been scheduling events to reward their hard work.  We attended the Celtics vs 76ers game on October 28th.  The Celtics won!  JP, Ronaldo, and I had a fantastic time celebrating each point of the victory, Celtics 112, 76ers 95!

One scholar in particular has been putting immense effort and focus on preparing for his SAT.  I took him out to Angela's Cafe to commensurate his diligence....

Great work this month Ronaldo!

Have a lovely November everyone!
