On Friday after school, Ronaldo, Alex and I headed to the Harvard Art Museums. It was great to see the different exhibits they had available. There were pieces from various time periods and from all over the world. Ronaldo and Alex were very engaged with the artwork and really enjoyed seeing the variety of pieces. I especially enjoyed the modern art pieces. It was great to see physical object incorporated into the art pieces. I also connected with the pieces focusing on social justice. I love the way art can portray social issues and really make one think about the piece. After the museums, we headed to Harvard Square where we found a small American diner to have get a bite of food. Overall, the trip was a success!
